Whose waters these are I think I know.
His house is in the glaciers, though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his waters fill up with snow.
My little legs must think it queer
To stop without a rest house near
Between the waters and the old rocks
The milder evening of the year.

He gives his aching muscles a shake
To ask if there's some mistake.
The only other sound that sweep
Of the easy wind & birds in their nest.

The waters are lovely, dark and deep,

Every once in a while, work tends to become so very boring. So we tend to take between work breaks...which slowly increases...finally we become slackers :-P
